    Senior HR Officer

    Description

    • The Senior Human Resources Officeris responsible for translating HR strategy into executable programs, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and driving best HR practices across the employee lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic HR Management:

    • Translate organizational strategy into HR plans.
    • Support workforce planning and organizational design.
    • Develop HR analytics and dashboards.

    Policy Development and Governance:

    • Develop and review HR policies and SOPs.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws.
    • Drive policy communication and enforcement.

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage recruitment processes end-to-end
    • Develop talent pipelines

    Employee Lifecycle Management:

    • Oversee onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.
    • Ensure proper documentation.
    • Conduct exit interviews.

    Employee Relations:

    • Manage grievances and disciplinary processes.
    • Resolve conflicts.
    • Promote fairness and accountability.

    Performance Management:

    • Implement appraisal systems.
    • Manage performance improvement plans.
    • Monitor performance trends.

    Learning and Development:

    • Conduct training needs analysis.
    • Coordinate training programs.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Support payroll processing.
    • Manage employee benefits.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions.

    HR Operations:

    • Maintain employee records.
    • Oversee HR systems and reporting.
    • Support HR audits.

    Employee Engagement:

    • Implement engagement initiatives.
    • Conduct surveys.
    • Promote workplace culture.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field.
    • 5–7 years experience.
    • HR certification preferred.
    • Knowledge of labour laws.
    • Communication skills.
