Senior HR Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 7 years
- Location Lagos

Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to shape HR strategy that supports business growth and agility in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Drive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent in areas like software development, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity. Build and promote a strong employer brand across digital platforms and tech communities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role within a tech or IT organization.
- Deep understanding of challenges in recruiting and retaining tech talent.
- Familiarity with modern HR tools (e.g., SeamlessHR, SAP, TALLY etc.).
