Senior HR Consultant at Talgen Business Solution

This role will lead the delivery of the human resources consulting services of the firm, leading complex talent and change management projects. Will be responsible for delivering strategic HR solutions, managing client relationships, and overseeing other consultants within the team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale HR consulting projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and propose high-level HR strategies aligned with clients’ business goals.
• Provide expert advice on complex HR issues, including organizational design and change management.
• Analyze data and trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress and discuss future needs.
• Oversee the work of junior consultants and provide guidance and support.
• Facilitate professional development opportunities for the team.
• Share insights and innovations with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to the development of new consulting methodologies and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with deep knowledge of Human Resources and Talent Management processes and practices
• Experience with leading project teams and managing consulting practice
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
