Core Responsibility

• The Senior Financial Manager will lead the company from a financial perspective by managing the company’s financial situation and observing the current capital structure and developing long-term financial goals.
• He/ she will be in charge of driving the success of the company by monitoring financial performance and developing a profitable financial plan.
• The Senior Financial Managerwill work alongside other C-Suite team members and take ownership of all company fiscal and regulatory matters.
• The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

Job Duties

• Drive the company’s financial planning
• Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
• Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts.
• Executing the company's financial strategy
• Developing plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure
• Identifying investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions
• Managing accounting procedures

Qualifications

• MBA or Masters in financial management or Financial Accounting.
• 5 years minimum experience asSenior Finance Manager
• Professional Certification is compulsory
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
