Job Summary:

• The ideal candidate will provide key financial accounting operational functions.
• He/she will also manage accounting reporting and analysis. 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare annual fiscal budgets, internal controls, audits, tax returns/ compliances, inventory, payroll, receivables, and payables.
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure smooth implementation of projects and operations. 
• Consolidation of accounting information and account reconciliations.
• Prepares financial monthly reports and management reports. 
• Assists in reviewing the Internal Control mechanism to ensure compliance with relevant financial laws and regulations.
• Plan and implement systems for financial operations in accordance with donor regulations.
• Ensure compliance with donor policies and procedures. 
• Supervises and trains finance staff.
• Performs any other task as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Requirements

• A degree in accounting and finance is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional working experience.  
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ICAN is required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Good analytical skills, planning, and organizational skills
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and able to deliver within given deadlines. 

Experience

• Working knowledge of Peachtree is a must.
