The Senior Executive Assistant / Business Manager provides high-level executive support while playing a critical role in coordinating business operations and strategic initiatives.
This role requires a proactive professional who can manage executive priorities, support operational execution, and act as a trusted partner in driving efficiency across the business.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence with discretion and accuracy.
Support planning, execution, and follow-up of executive and business priorities.
Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting summaries for leadership use.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across operations, customer service, and external partners.
Track key initiatives, timelines, and deliverables; ensure accountability and follow-through.
Support day-to-day business operations and process improvement initiatives.
Assist with budget tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial coordination.
Act as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of leadership.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
5–8+ years’ experience in a senior executive support, operations, or business management role.
Strong understanding of business operations and workflow coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and collaboration tools.
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
