Your role as the Senior Enterprise Account Manager is to be responsible for the Enterprise trading activities with specific list of accounts, for maintaining and managing the relationships with existing partners, and for further developing new opportunities, with a goal to grow direct margin of this segment.
You will act as the figurehead between Monty Mobile & the clients, formulate and maintain strategic planning ideas, sales activities and integrate Monty Mobile’s products/services into the assigned market.
Main Responsibilities
Generate new SMS & OMNI Channel sales leads in the assigned market.
Develop, drive, and manage sales activities to grow revenues and direct margin in the Enterprise field that supports and exceeds forecasts.
Participate in the development of strategic customer planning sessions and reviews.
Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with customers.
Acquire new partners and customers with a focus on contributing to the direct margin and revenue increase of Enterprise Business.
Coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of the contracts from signature to full-service deployment.
Handle day-to-day sales & buying activities with strong sales focus on specific destinations.
Handle all financial, technical, legal, and administrative issues regarding the assigned customers.
Work towards achieving the targets set by the management – head office.
Attend industry events to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight, and represent the Business Unit in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or Telecom Engineering or any related field.
4+ years of experience as Account Manager in the Sales Enterprise environment.
Knowledge of enterprise SMS sales market.
Familiarity with the CRM system.
Basic technical knowledge about used protocols i.e., SMPP/ HTTP/ interconnection.
Strong technical and commercial skills and familiar with industry standards.
Time & Budget Management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
