Remuneration: ₦200,000 Monthly + ₦70,000 Monthly Expense Allowance + Target-Based Incentives

About the Role

We are is seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across the South-South and South-East regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, developing growth strategies, and achieving company targets for medical and laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the regional sales team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans across assigned territories.
• Identify and nurture key business opportunities and partnerships.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must reside in Imo State and be willing to travel within the South-South and South-East regions.
