JOB SUMMARY  

The Operations & Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations while driving strategic marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, result-driven professional who can coordinate staff, optimize processes, manage customer interactions, and execute marketing campaigns that improve brand visibility and revenue growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and sales plans  
• Supervise and support the marketing and sales team  
• Track sales performance and report operational metrics  
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies  
• Coordinate logistics, inventory, and product distribution 
•  Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns  
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service improvement  
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities  
• Prepare weekly/monthly operational and marketing reports  

REQUIREMENTS  

• OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or related field  
• 3–5 years’ experience in operations or marketing management  
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills  
• Good knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills  
• Experience in tech, solar, electronics, or machinery market is an advantage
