    Senior Deputy Manager, Asset Integrity and Reliability Expatriate

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining client relationships while sponsoring interaction to obtain more projects.
    • Develop project schedules in conjunction with the Divisional Head; plan, direct and assign duties for operations personnel; schedule and authorize work as necessary to meet project schedules.
    • Recruit, hire and train operations employees on operational functions; conduct safety orientations and meetings; assure that established policies and procedures are followed.
    • Troubleshoots any project problems; assures that equipment and materials are properly maintained for efficient operations; reports any process or equipment problems to the Rope Access Manager/Technical Authority.
    • Oversees the communication and liaison with IRATA, including completion of quarterly returns.
    • Reviews and approves operational instructions for adequate operational deliverables.
    • Take overall responsibility for reviewing all divisional staff for yearly performance evaluation and provide necessary training for improving competence and efficiency at work.
    • Ensure all divisional activities are carried out as per the relevant standards and company procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain equipment & instruments handling and calibration status along with intermediate checks for suitability to use.
    • Review of certificates prior to issue as per the relevant standards where applicable

    Qualifications

    • A good University Degree / HND in a science discipline is desirable.
    • Master’s Degree / qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Project lead, Fabrication/maintenance experience.
    • Inspection, engineering, Construction (E&P) experience Etc.
    • At least 10 years and above related experience
    • Must be fully competent, conversant and have a strong working knowledge of project management work cycle.
