    Senior Business Development Manager

    Description 

    • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for residential, commercial, and investment properties.
    • Develop and implement growth strategies to meet revenue and client acquisition targets.
    • Manage client relationships from lead generation to post-sale support.
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand awareness.

    Requirments 

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
    • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
