Senior Associate- Finance and Account at Sthenic Finance & Advisory Limited

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Associate in the Finance and Account Role at Sthenic, the responsibilities are primarily:
• Finance Operations - overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning, and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, taking full custody of the bookkeeping processes, procedures, and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests.
• Team Management for Effectiveness - Oversee a team of mid-junior level accountants with responsibilities for different segments of the roles as well as maintains effective relationships with external finance, account, and audit consultants for various segments of the business. This includes but is not limited to tax consultants and others.
• Budget and Treasury Management - the responsibility is heavy on cost and cash flow planning, monitoring, and management. a long-term view of operations in a multidimensional view of demand on cash is required in everyday decisions at Sthenic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of working experience in a similar role in an investment banking or investment management environment
• BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ICAN, CFA is required
• Excellent verbal and corporate written communication skills are a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must, especially Ms Excel, Teams, and Powerpoint
• The use of SAGE Accounting Software will be an advantage
• Great relationship management skills
