This is a full-time on-site Senior Area Manager role, located in Abuja.
The Senior Area Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations within a given region.
They will oversee the daily operations of their assigned locations, including sales and marketing, staff management and development, inventory management, and P&L management.
The Senior Area Manager will also ensure that the QSRs meet or exceed the company's standards of dining experience, hygiene, and customer service.
Qualifications
Experience in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management or related industry
Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in P&L management
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in multi-unit management and franchising is a plus
Fluency in English and at least one local language spoken in Nigeria is required
