Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, letters).
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Assist with office management tasks, including supply inventory and vendor coordination.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 5 years work experience.
