We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure effective communication within the organization. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Educational Qualification: B.Sc. or HND in any relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in an administrative/secretarial role.
Gender: Female.
Technical Skills: Must be above average in Information Technology (MS Office, email management, online communication tools, etc.).
Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Festac, Surulere, Ketu/Ikeja, Ebute-Metta/Oyingbo, Lagos Island/Obalende will be given preference, to help reduce transportation costs.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
