Secondary English Teacher at Alexandria International Schools

Role Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Podcast Content Management team that creates measurable value for publishers and aligns with broader organization strategies and KPIs.
• Develop and launch innovative publisher facing features across the publishing lifecycle such as onboarding, podcast management, user management and consumption analytics.  
• Drive execution in collaboration with your Engineering, Design, and Data Science peers.
• Collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing and other cross-functional teams in driving our publisher vision and strategy.
• Work relentlessly to make sure your squad is focused on delivering the most impactful work and delivering against your success metrics.

Role Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or something similar.
• Built and/or delivered prototypes on top of our API platform.
• Can proactively identify technical pain points in our and our customer’s solutions.
• Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
• Operate with high horsepower, are adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.

Nice to have:

• Research experience designing experiments with human subjects.
• Interest or existing knowledge of the literature on over-/under-reliance on AI systems, including HCI and human interactions with AI systems.
• Experience using and coding with large language models.
