Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, remove impediments, and ensure the team follows Scrum principles for efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the development team on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Foster collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Track and report sprint progress and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software/tech environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
