As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and sales activities within your assigned territory.
You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Your role is critical in maintaining product availability, Visibility and Accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key distributors, Salons and retailers in your territory.
Monitor and ensure timely delivery and stocking of Lush Hair products at customer locations.
Provide Feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Conduct market research to gather intelligence on competitor activities and market trends, and report findings to the sales management team.
Assist in implementing local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a National Diploma or NCE in a relevant field with 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Proficient in using sales tools and technology, such as SFA and mobile apps.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer trends.
