Sales Supervisor at Owens and Xley

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead their retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in their curated gifting and lifestyle shop in Lekki!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support sales team to achieve targets
Ensure exceptional in-store experience and customer service
Oversee product displays, inventory management, and POS operations
Track sales performance, provide reports, and train team members
Support marketing campaigns, corporate orders, and special requests

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer experiences

What We Offer:
