    Sales Supervisor

    A reputable player in Nigeria’s pharmaceutical sector, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales growth in the healthcare industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the sales team to achieve set targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to enhance performance.
    • Prepare and present timely sales reports and performance updates to management.
    • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos territory and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
    • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
