    Sales Specialist

    Job Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned channels.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in line with company strategy.
    • Drive product visibility and placement in retail outlets and modern trade environments.
    • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key strategic accounts.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and recommend strategies to maximize growth.
    • Negotiate trade terms, pricing, and promotional activities to increase sell-in and sell-out performance.
    • Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product availability, pricing, planogram compliance, and promotional placement.
    • Work closely with marketing teams to implement trade marketing initiatives and product launches.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely insights to management.
    • Develop accurate sales forecasts and business plans for assigned territories/accounts.
    • Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
    • Recommend strategic adjustments based on market performance and opportunities.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • 5–8 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or related fast- moving categories.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience working with distributors, modern trade, and general trade channels.
    • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and trade execution standards.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel as required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning in competitive markets.
