Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. You will be responsible for engaging customers, showcasing products, and delivering a personalized shopping experience that aligns with the brand's image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance and styling advice based on their preferences.
• Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotional offers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, fabrics, sizing, and trends to confidently assist customers.
• Process customer purchases, exchanges, and returns using the POS system accurately.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with merchandising standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain a client database for repeat business and referrals.
• Assist in stock-taking, inventory restocking, and managing incoming deliveries.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences, fast-moving items, and emerging trends to management.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• SSCE / OND / HND / BSc in any field (relevant experience in fashion retail is a plus)
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry
• Familiarity with fashion trends, fabrics, and garment care
