    Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • As our Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth of the company.
    • This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, such as supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, and distributors, to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
    • Present and promote company products: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.
    • Negotiate and close deals: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers.
    • Manage customer accounts: Monitor customer orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any customer issues.
    • Gather market intelligence: Collect and analyze market data, competitor information, and customer feedback.
    • Meet sales targets and quotas: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
    • Utilize CRM software: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales performance in the company's CRM system.
    • Represent the company professionally: Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry (dairy experience a plus).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience with route sales and key account management.
    • Knowledge of the local market and competitive landscape.
    • Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
