    Sales / Relationship Executive

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Develops new business prospects through cold calls.
    • Identify and understand the need of customers.
    • Interacts with existing customers to increase sales of the company products and services.
    • Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
    • Obtain and maintain all relevant documentation from customers.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • Market surveys and segmentation.
    • Upselling and cross selling of companys products and services.
    • Ensure timely submission of weekly activity reports and call memos to management.
    • Ensure assigned targets and budgets are met.
    • Participate in tactical sales / marketing activities.
    • Participated in weekly / monthly sales performance review meetings.

    Key Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc, BA or HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics or any other Social Sciences course.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales agent in finance - related industry.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • Good communication skills {both oral & written}.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Must be a person of integrity.
    • Strong attention to details.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude.
