Sales Recruitment and Onboarding Associate
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the First Contact pathway within 24 - 48 hours.
- Support the Independent Sales team growth roadmap.
- Track Onboarding process per communication groups (General Whatsapp & social media channels).
- Supervise and improve training both online & offline.
- Implementation and support of the sales team growth structure.
- Guide and monitor the recruitment of sales associates from various sectors.
- Monitor and track the recruitment activity.
- Review and manage the full onboarding progress and process for the sales team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years experience in recruiting, sales and onboarding
- Must have a can do attitude
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
