    Sales / Placement Officer

    Description

    • We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Officer to join our team and help us expand our reach.

    Key Responsibilities
    As our Sales Officer, you will be the primary driver of student enrollment across all our courses. Your role will involve:

    • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to enrollment, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique career aspirations of prospective students and effectively match them with the most suitable training program.
    • Outreach & Promotion: Represent the academy at educational fairs, school events, community gatherings, and through digital channels to promote our courses.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective and current students, providing excellent customer service.
    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and student data in our CRM system and provide regular reports on sales performance.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree or HND qualification in any field.
    • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or service sector
    • Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, preferably within the education, training, or service sector.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills—you must be comfortable engaging with a diverse range of people.
    • A target-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving results.
    • A genuine interest in and understanding of the childcare, domestic services, and elder care industries.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
