    Sales & Outreach Associate

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Outreach Associate to drive lead generation, manage structured outreach, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
    • The role demands consistency, strong communication, and a results-first mindset.
    • You will be responsible for managing a full outreach pipeline, maintaining accurate CRM records, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute high-volume outbound outreach daily across WhatsApp, Email, LinkedIn, and Phone Calls.
    • Build, manage, and continuously update a clean, structured sales pipeline.
    • Conduct professional conversations that identify needs, build trust, and position our offering effectively.
    • Convert leads from initial contact, qualified conversation, paying client.
    • Create and refine short outreach scripts, follow-up messaging, and mini-pitches.
    • Submit daily activity and conversion reports, timely, accurate, verifiable.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale handover.
    • Maintain a consistent weekly outreach and follow-up rhythm, no drop-offs.

    Performance Metrics
    You will be evaluated based on:

    • Daily Outreach Volume (consistency and completion)
    • Follow-Up Discipline (no cold leads left idle)
    • Pipeline Organization (clarity, tracking, notes, accuracy)
    • Conversion Rate (contact → conversation → close)
    • Revenue Generated (commission-backed output).

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree 
    • 3 - 7 years proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Outreach, or Client Acquisition.
    • Strong English fluency, spoken, written, and presentation-level clarity.
    • Demonstrated ability to reach targets and deliver measurable results.
    • Proficiency in:
      • WhatsApp Business
      • Email & Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
      • Basic CRM / pipeline organization
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote structured environment.
    • Able to handle pressure, objections, and rejection professionally.

    Compensation Structure

    • N120,000 monthly base salary, plus commission based on sales, up to N2,500,000 monthly.
    • Commission: Earned on client turnover (percentage scales with performance)
    • No Earnings Ceiling: Sales results determine income, not hours worked.
    • High performers in this role earn significantly above base.
