Sales Operations Manager at Costarchem Nigeria Limited

Job Responsibilities;

• Ensure product availability and reorder
• Manage delivery planning and provide logistics support
• Monitoring and supervision of warehouse and logistics team
• Timely requisition for all products
• Proper evaluation and monitoring of sales team and reporting on dashboard activities weekly and monthly
• Supervision of Application and project team – training and recruitment
• Training of new staff and Clients
• Assist with Account reconciliation
• Proper managing and arrangement of all marketing materials and promotional items
• Monitor and assist with customer retention
• Track long term sales data
• Implement new technologies to support marketing and sales team
• Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• First degree in Business Admin, Chemistry or any relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people management skills
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Must possess good organisation skills and ability to think outside the box.
