Sales Operations Manager at Agbeyewa Farms

Job Description

• Develop, implement, and manage sales operations processes and performance tracking systems.
• Support the sales team with data analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of customer orders and deliveries.
• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to align supply and sales forecasts.
• Monitor key sales KPIs and generate periodic performance dashboards.
• Improve CRM utilization and sales workflow automation.
• Support pricing strategies and margin analysis in collaboration with the finance team.
• Train sales staff on reporting standards and data management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales operations or business analytics, preferably in agribusiness or FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities effectively.
