Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Company's food products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
• Identify potential customers and follow up on leads to grow the customer base
• Ensure regular field visits to clients for order generation and relationship management
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Track inventory, report sales performance, and submit market feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt product delivery and customer satisfaction
• Represent the brand at market activations, trade fairs, and promotional events
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest ways to improve sales strategy

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of field sales experience (FMCG or food sector preferred)
• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and local market routes
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage
