    Sales Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Officer to represent our company in the Western region.
    • The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, a strong understanding of customer relationship management, and the ability to generate and close deals.
    • This role requires regular travel within the region to meet clients, develop business opportunities, and grow market share.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Represent the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients in the Western region.
    • Identify new sales opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers.
    • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Conduct regular field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
    • Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities and customer feedback.
    • Work closely with the internal sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, pricing structures, and sales strategies.

    Requirements

    • 3 – 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with the Western market and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
    • Knowledge of plastic and Thermowares (an Advantage).
