Sales Officer - Ogba at Hope Payment Service Bank

Summary:

To acquire and grow Branches, Agent Managers, Agents, Accounts Volume and Transactions volume from time to time in line with KPI

Job Functions:

• Create awareness of Hope PSBank Products and services.
• Identifying and marketing of prospective retail markets/cluster for Agents and account acquisitions.
• Assist in organizing sales/cluster STORMS and other retail sales campaigns.
• Driving Agents/Agents Managers to meet their set target.
• Resolution of customer related issues
• Assist in the managing ongoing marketing and promotional activities.
• Agent recruitment, onboarding and management.
• Manage agent registration, set-up, branding and promotion.
• Liaise as an intermediary between the bank and the agent/agent managers.
• Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by Regional Head.

Educational Requirement

• Minimum of first degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2-4 years’ post-graduation related experience.
