    Sales Officer

    Sales Officer (Ishefun/Ikola)

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

    Job Description

    Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients in the construction and building materials industry.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business.

    Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, retailers, and distributors.
    • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
    • Communicate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their specific needs.

    Sales Targets:

    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Regularly report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Market Research and Trends:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics to inform product development and marketing strategies.

    General Supervision:

    • Supervision of all operational/ administrative activities
    • Ensure prompt, accurate and smooth production
    • Ability to give proper reports on the input and output of materials and production

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an ND, NCE in Accounting or Business Administration qualification with 1- 2 years’ work experience.
    • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
    • Familiarity and sales management tools.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
