Sales Merchandiser- Suleja at Erisco Foods Limited

Job Summary:

The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring effective visibility, availability, and positioning of Erisco Foods products in retail outlets. The role requires strong attention to detail, relationship-building skills, and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper display of Erisco Foods products in all assigned retail locations.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, arrange product displays, and monitor shelf positioning.
• Visit stores regularly to identify and address any gaps or challenges.
• Establish and maintain relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
• Implement marketing and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends.
• Achieve set sales and merchandising targets within the assigned area.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of SSCE; OND/NCE/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or any related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be familiar with the Suleja market and its retail dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Reside in or around Suleja is an added advantage.
