Job Description

• To drive company revenue by identifying new sales opportunities, promoting products or services, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Promote the company's products or services through direct sales, digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Manage and grow customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend evaluations to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, social media activities, and advertising efforts.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with operational and financial goals.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
