Sales & Marketing Executive – ICT Training Programs at V.S.L Concepts Digital Marketing Agency

We at V.S.L Concepts ICT Academy are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you’re enthusiastic about helping individuals gain valuable digital skills while achieving ambitious sales targets, this is the role for you!

You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, promoting our ICT training programs, converting leads into paying students, and working closely with our marketing team to support lead generation.

This role comes with a high-paying commission in addition to your monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment and revenue goals.
2. Follow up promptly on inbound leads and convert them into enrolled students.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects to increase conversion rates.
4. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
5. Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
6. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
