    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and lead a team of 7 sales staff within the boutique.
    • Drive sales of high-end watches and jewelry, meeting and exceeding annual sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients.
    • Conduct 70% of sales encounters outside the boutique, focusing on concierge selling.
    • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Implement effective sales strategies and business development initiatives.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.
    • Represent the boutique at various events and meetings with clients.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 12 years of work experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
    • Extensive experience in handling high-end products and affluent clients.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation through charts and graphs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Field sales experience is essential.
    • Backgrounds from affluent banking, private banking, investment banking, insurance, select FMCGs, and hotels are highly valued.
