    Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value property deals.
    • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to meet individual and team sales goals.
    • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Collaborate with marketing to execute effective promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales (Banking industry strongly preferred).
    • Strong background in closing deals and revenue generation within a short timeframe.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
    • Results-driven and highly organized.
    • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

    Salary
    N350,000 - N450,000 monthly.
