    Sales Manager (Luxury Sector)

    Overview

    • We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Business Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and lead a performance-driven team.
    • The ideal candidate must have solid experience selling luxury products or services to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), be highly target-oriented, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with a premium brand image.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive business growth and consistently meet sales and performance targets.
    • Build and manage strong relationships with HNIs and elite clientele.
    • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed expectations.
    • Develop and execute effective business and marketing strategies.
    • Ensure top-tier customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
    • Oversee daily operations and report performance insights to management.

    Requirements

    •  3–5 years’ experience in luxury sales or business management.
    • Proven record of selling to HNIs and achieving revenue goals.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
    • Must reside on the Island and be available for immediate resumption.
