Job Overview

• The Bakery Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the bakery’s products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
• The Marketing Manager will lead the sales and supply teams to ensure strong product awareness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Create and manage the bakery’s marketing budget.
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of marketers and van sales representatives
• Plan the distribution routes of the van sales representatives
• Manage customers and vendors

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Strong knowledge of routes in Rivers State
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
