We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the vegetable oil industry, specifically in the sales of crude palm kernel oil (CPKO) and shea butter.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market reach, securing Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from soap manufacturing companies, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the vegetable oil and related agro-processing markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including soap manufacturers and other industrial buyers
Generate Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and ensure timely order fulfillment in collaboration with operations
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of sales experience in the vegetable oil, agro-processing, or FMCG sector
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing B2B orders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
