    Sales Executive

    About the Role

    • We are looking to hire a versatile Sales executive who has a passion for sales, loves building relationships, possesses a go-getter personality, excels at finding win-win situations, and wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-emerging company.

    Responsibilities

    • Day to Day Client-Agency Relations which includes Client interest championship, Client expectation management, coordination and supervision of projects.
    • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
    • Preparation of Strategy documents & Client Billings.
    • Responsible for overseeing the completion of production projects and manage end-to-end vendor relationships.
    • Monitor and assess market trends for brands and competition to develop sustainable marketing strategies for brand growth and development.
    • Instrumental on various pitches for new business development.
    • Work to bring program insights to drive enhancements and develop strategic solutions (sales promotions, event marketing, sponsorship activation and appropriate media support) which will build brand equity and expansion into new project areas.
    • Create compelling presentations that flow as a story, and deliver with confidence.
    • Track and monitor all categories of spending for projects and ensures projects are delivered with the approved budget as well as on time and on strategy.
    • Demonstrate quality decision-making, driven by understanding of client business and industry/category influence.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or any other related field
    • About three years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
    • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
    • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
    • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
    • This role challenges the employee to express the full range of their creativity and technical capacity to develop solutions to problems.
    • You will not be micromanaged in the delivery of your tasks.
    • You are required to own whatever task assigned to you and see it to a desirable conclusion.

    Remuneration
    N50,000 Monthly plus commission.
