    Sales Executive (Hospitality)

    About the job

    • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships as well as promoting other properties services such as event spaces, dining, spa and luxury experiences.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Revenue Generation

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the number of rooms sold monthly.
    • Target and secure corporate clients, group bookings, and individual luxury travelers.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets on accommodation
    • Achieve a monthly sales target for room bookings.
    • Achieve a monthly sales target for the Restaurant.
    • Achieve a monthly sales target for Spa & wellness services.
    • Monitor and analyze booking patterns to optimize room occupancy rates.

    Business Development

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury hospitality market.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities through account acquisition and tailored proposals.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new markets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that attract high-net-worth individuals and luxury travelers.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat bookings and long-term engagement.
    • Establish lasting guest relationships to ensure consistent sales revenue.
    • Schedule regular check-ins with key clients to maintain the relationship and stay top-of-mind for future bookings
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase the properties offerings.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the property’s revenue goals.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Maintain a high standard of service across all touchpoints to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Sales Strategies and Planning

    • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop annual sales plans.
    • Plan and execute monthly sales events to attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
    • Research competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.
    • Set and achieve sales targets for room bookings, events, and other properties services.
    • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Prepare, maintain and present monthly and quarterly sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

    Event Sales

    • Promote and sell the property’s event spaces for corporate meetings, and special occasions.
    • Work with the events team to ensure successful planning and execution of events.
    • Achieve monthly event sales targets in line with the property’s revenue goals.

    Revenue Management

    • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on demand and market trends.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and occupancy.

    Brand Representation

    • Represent the properties at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand integrity in all client interactions.
    • Work with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all sales materials and presentations.
    • Foster a positive and harmonious work environment.
    • All other duties as required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development within the luxury hospitality industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
    • Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
