Sales Executive at Club Concierge Africa

Responsibilities

• Conducting off-site promotional events and generating leads for sales opportunities.
• Engaging with potential customers at various venues such as airports, country clubs, malls, festivals, and community events to promote vacation ownership packages.
• Delivering compelling pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of the company's vacation ownership offerings.
• Collecting customer contact information and inputting it into the company database through the provided CRM tools.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries from prospects.
• Representing the company professionally and ethically while adhering to industry regulations and standards during all interactions with potential customers.

Qualification/Skills/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management,
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential customers and delivering persuasive lead-generating pitches.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds, as well as the confidence to approach and engage with strangers.
