Sales Executive at BOGO Beverages

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive, targetdriven, and resultsoriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at a leading beverage company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening distributor and retailer relationships, and expanding market presence across assigned territories in Jos.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail outlets within the territory.
• Maintain and grow strong business relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure optimal product availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.
• Execute promotional and activation activities to drive volume and brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market intelligence and insights.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to Line Manager.

Requirements

• Must reside within or be very familiar with Jos and its environs.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in beverage or FMCG sales.
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to work independently to meet targets.
