    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic fashion retail team.
    • The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving store sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.
    • Deliver personalized styling advice and product recommendations to customers, ensuring a superior shopping experience.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
    • Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines within the store.
    • Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and promptly communicate restocking needs.
    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and sales performance.
    • Collaborate with store teams to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
    • Track personal sales performance and contribute to overall store KPIs.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, product lines, and competitor activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND qualification / B.Sc. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of cognate sales experience.
    • Experience in a structured retail environment will be an added advantage.
    • Strong passion for fashion, trends, and customer engagement.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic retail POS systems.
    • Candidate must stay around Lekki - Ajah axis.
