    Sales & Business Development Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
    • The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a similar role within the IT industry, with additional experience in a bank’s retail marketing department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic business development and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
    • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals.
    • Collaborate with the technical and operations team to deliver tailored IT solutions to clients.
    • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue, and profitability.
    • Mentor and manage junior sales team members (if applicable).

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years experience in Sales/Business Development within an IT solutions company.
    • An MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Additional experience in Retail Marketing within a bank or financial Institution is required.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and present high-level proposals to C-Suite executives.
    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
