    Sales Associate

    Job Summary

    As a Sales Associate, the primary objective is to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our products and services. Your focus will be to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) businesses. Through strategic relationship-building and targeted sales efforts, you will establish Vendease as the preferred solution to their procurement hassles, contributing to the organization's overall acquisition goal, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, a Sales Associate in the Horeca (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) space would be responsible to drive sales and foster long-term relationships with clients within the hospitality industry. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, offer tailored solutions, and meet revenue targets. Your role is crucial in maintaining the company's market presence, expanding its client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Job Details

    • Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and leveraging social media platforms.
    • Crafting and delivering compelling presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
    • Skillfully negotiating and closing new business deals each week, ensuring a consistent flow of orders.
    • Facilitating smooth communication between key clients and our internal team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    • Expanding our client base by nurturing relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business relationships with prospective clients.
    • Continuously striving to increase sales volume by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques

    Requirements

    • 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the food and/or hospitality industry.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related fields
    • Mandatory experience working with an FMCG related company.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude Action oriented and results-driven.
    • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; manager/owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with customers. Passionate about generating big, creative ideas for online media, growing the business, and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products
    • Demonstrated success in B2B sales and conversion rates.
    • Comfort and proficiency with technology, including a willingness to work with and sell SaaS products.
    • Ability to prioritize workload with the leadership team and communicate status and risks to delivery effectively, without fail
    • Detail Oriented
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
    • Competent in online communications/resources
    • Ability to develop clean and targeted documentation, including process flows and standard operating procedures Excellent written communication skills
    • Passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards
