    General Manager Supply Chain Project

    JOB SUMMARY

    • As the General Manager, Supply Chain Projects, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across our supply chain network.
    • You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception and planning to execution and closeout. You will work alongside cross-functional teams of professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments. This role reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelor's degree, a Master’s Degree and/or an MBA.
    • 15 years of experience in the supply chain across Warehousing and Planning with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
    • Proven experience in SAP is a MUST
    • Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Candidate must be self-driven, innovative, and able to make their own decisions.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the CSCO with developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain project management strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential supply chain improvement projects.
    • Lead the project planning process, including defining project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
    • Manage project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and task execution. Develop and implement project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and communication strategies.
    • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
    • Track and measure project performance against established metrics and KPIs. Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain project management.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
