About the role 

• We are a reputable management development company with a strong reputation in coaching, learning and development, assessments, public sector solutions, business management consulting, and HR advisory. Looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Associate to help expand our market presence, engage senior executives, and drive revenue growth including the launch of our coaching app.

 What you'll do 

• Identify and open new markets
• Lead sales pitches and build trusted relationships with C-suite clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Drive client retention and repeat business
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies

 What we're looking for 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
• 3–5 years in business development or enterprise sale
• Proven track record opening new markets or launching product
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skill
• Self-starter with high integrity and results orientation
